问题1：
<noframes><body>
</body></noframes>
这里的<noframes>不是应该包含在<body>里面的么？这里为什么会是在外面包含，这个有什么作用？
问题2：
在代码12行的 </frameset> 我把它删除掉，但是在浏览器里面同样能解释，正常运行，我用Firefox，通过查看元素发现浏览器自动添加了这个标签，请问在写的时候我们是否要人为添加这个结束标签？还是添不添加都没关系？ |
